American Civic Forum is seeking Black, Native, Latinx, and Asian-American actors or spoken-word performers for A Great and Happy People, an ongoing series of historical texts from U.S. history. Each show is curated around a different theme; past themes have included science, labor and Supreme Court rulings.

Uprising Theatre Company is seeking a Directing Apprentice for their Fall production of These Shining Lives by Melanie Marnich. Ideal candidates are those who are interested in directing, but have little to no experience either due to new interest or barriers preventing access. The House of Hello is seeking female singers to participate in the workshop and performance of Lilith, a new experimental song cycle based around the Biblical/apocryphal Lilith mythos, being developed through Red Eye Theater's Works in Progress program. We are currently working specifically on a 15-minute piece of the show (two of seven songs) to be presented as part of the Works in Progress showcase, May 24-28, at Red Eye Theater.

Seeking capable singers and dramatic actors for our third Fringe musical, A Year and Change: The Paul Wellstone Story. This is an original piece chronicling and dramatizing the life of the late U.S. Senator Paul Wellstone, often referred to as "the conscience of the Senate" for his steadfast convictions and commitment to social justice and equality. The majority of the play focuses on Wellstone's final year in office, amidst the fallout of the 9/11 terrorist attacks and the lead-up to the war in Iraq.
