  • Detail Demolisher: Dotting “I’s” and crossing “T’s” warms your heart and taking something from start to finish makes you back-flip. You are a checklist champion. You know how to clean it up, make it work better, schedule it, book it, get it done.

  • Fact Finding Hero/ine:  You would agree; the wisest person first admits what they don’t know. You can go to Google and beyond on your fact finding missions: you can dig in, call around, find information, gauge what is relevant, and communicate clearly what you find.

What will you be doing?

The main responsibilities of this position will be 1) Supporting and assisting point (leadership) positions and the Founder with administrative tasks. 2) Researching and managing projects as they come up and are needed on various topics.


  • You are confident using Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Mail and Drive, and CRM experience a plus.

  • You are organized and excited to create and recreate systems in order to maximize efficiencies and minimize redundancies.

  • You enjoy juggling several tasks and rising to occasions.

  • Some people are great at starting things, lot’s of things. But some people love the close, the finale, checking it off the list. You know how to close, and how to help the team take a project to the finish line!

  • You are eloquent and confident in-person, on the phone, and through email.

  • You are not afraid to offer constructive criticism (even if it’s the founder who needs some) and you do it with kindness and compassion.

  • You are not afraid of hats. We are a mid-sized company. The Two Bettys staff often have to wear more than one…
