Meggie Greivell is the artistic director of Persistent Theatre Productions and a freelance director and teaching artist.  Meggie seeks to create theatre that gives a voice to the unheard, theatre that audiences not only can connect to but walk away from changed.  Meggie is drawn to poetic, classical, and expressionistic plays, that stray slightly away from realism but still capture the human spirit. Meggie strives to direct work that empowers the unheard and represents them well.  Meggie has worked with various theatre companies in the Twin Cities, aside from Persistent Theatre Productions as a director, assistant director, and teaching artist.  Some companies include, Theatre Unbound, Northern Starz Children's Theatre, Gadfly Theatre Productions,  Workhaus Collective, Pillsbury House Theatre, Theatre Pro Rata and The Phoenix Theater, Arst Nest.
